GLOW Flow Dance Party with Natasha Snow Needles

I wanna celebrate life.
Don’t you?
I’ve been feeling the weight of being a human being and all of the implications of attempting to do it right. This year when my birthday rolled around I wanted to spend it thrashing around. I wanted have a dance party, which is no surprise, because that’s what I want to do every year.
However, I’m currently in the middle of a lupus flare up and my spine says “No Thanks.”
So here I am on a Tuesday evening on 10/3/24 writing up the description of a memory I want to create in the future.
I think they call this manifesting.
Do you wanna come manifest with me?
Wiggle some feelings out?
Giggle a whole lot?
Have some silly sexy fun?
I need to thump my heart, head and body to some beats.
I’d love to do that with you by my side.
I’m 100% certain this might require some glow in the dark body paint, a little 30min yoga warm up a 45min dance party followed by a cool down.
An organized flow dance party.
Doesn’t that sound magically weird?
Like something you might want to do on Nov 9th
7pm?
You have to wear socks (and also other clothes, don’t come naked, we’re not there yet) and bring a journal.
Thats the only way to party, with warm feet and words on paper.

No we’re not dressing up as the GLOW cast that will be a different workshop.

Bionic Breath Workshop with Ashley Lawlor

Bionic Breathwork is a transformative 75-minute breathwork class that invites you to embark on a journey of self-discovery, deep healing, and revitalization. In this immersive experience, you will harness the power of your breath to unlock a deeper connection with yourself, heal past traumas and find inner peace.

Results: Results backed by neuro-science. Most participants experience transformative results in their first session.

What to Expect:Throughout the session, you will explore various breathwork techniques, such as diaphragmatic breathing, conscious connected circular breathing, and short breath holds. These techniques result in your frontal cortex taking a "nap" which allows you to float into

non-ordinary states of consciousness. These altered brainwave states (Theta, Delta and even Gamma) can promote self- awareness, introspection, insight, mysticism, and deep healing.

Emotional Release: As you delve deeper into your breath, you may encounter emotions, memories, or stress that has been stored within your body. The class provides a safe and supportive space for emotional release and catharsis, allowing you to let go of what no longer serves you.

Energetic Alignment: By working with your breath, you will also tap into your body's energy centers, or chakras. This practice can lead to a sense of balance, alignment, and increased vitality and deeper connection to source energy.

Stress Reduction: Release built-up stress and tension, promoting emotional well-being.

Increased Awareness: Develop a greater connection to your body and emotions.

Enhanced Focus: Improve concentration and mental clarity and creativity.

Inner Peace: Access a profound sense of inner calm and serenity.

Preparation for Class:

Empty Stomach: Please do not eat or drink for 2-3 hours prior to class (small sips of water is ok).

Comfortable clothing: We will be fully extending our bellies with breath so please dress in loose

comfortable clothing. Bring layers as breathwork can lead to body temperature changes.

Open Mind: Come with an open mind and an open heart!Contraindications include: Cardiovascular Issues, Epilepsy/Seizure Disorders, Recent Injury or Surgery, Glaucoma, Uncontrolled High Blood Pressure, Osteoporosis, Bipolar, Depression, Severe Mental Illness, History of Aneurysms, Any One Under Age 14, Pregnancy, Asthma (please bring Inhaler).
